Overcast, wet and fluctuating weather has been a hallmark of most weekends this summer and the weather report shows no let up until Christmas, if not beyond. No wonder fruitgrowers are having problems selling record crops of summer fruits. If it doesn't feel like summer, people are having difficulty acting like its summer. Cases of mangos are going for unbelievably low prices. Ditto stone fruits.
