What are we to make of news reports on 31 January 2013 that recent flooding has impacted a coal seam gas well installation on the banks of the Nepean River, pictured above?

The idea of infrastructure of this nature being swept away by such a minor adverse rain event, let alone a one in 100 year flood, is the key issue.
