Frost on the fields and roadside trees

For Australians living on the east coast, especially in big cities, the opportunity to experience a frost is increasingly rare. Not so for inland residents across the 'Sandstone Divide', including the good folk of Goulburn, Canberra and surrounds.

Check out my photos taken on a foggy early morning in late July 2017 on the back road out of ACT's Queanbeyan to NSW's Nowra via Sassafras.

For a brief period of time, before the sun gets through, the grasses are coated in frost.
