Picturing the Fosterton loop near Dungog NSW

Posted by barbara on May 15, 2015

Here's a 'cheese box' oil painting of dairy country on the Fosterton loop, just out of Dungog NSW on a cold morning.

Let's see how it looks after applying Photoshop filters.

The image above demonstrates what Photoshop's Filters - Paint Daubs makes of my original plein air oil painting.

Above is Photoshop Filter - Smudge Stick. Hmmm, not so sure whether I like this one or not.

The Gracecelure filter (above) is not my cup of tea exactly though the texture is 'interesting'.

I much prefer the original painting's transformation under the Photoshop filter - Fresco.
